
Olimpia Di Venuta
Olimpia Di Venuta is Head of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team at Mediobanca, where she is responsible for creating spaces for dialogue, training programs, and initiatives that promote women’s empowerment, organizational well-being, and an inclusive corporate culture.
Her journey at Mediobanca began about 30 years ago in the Credit area, later moving to the CIB Division—fields traditionally driven by numbers. Over time, she also developed a strong interest in the “human” side of organizations, and therefore requested a transition to the Human Resources management area.
Fifteen years ago (in 2011), she joined the Human Resources team, working on several projects before taking responsibility for internal communication and employee engagement.
Today, she is also a board member of Mediobanca Innovation Services (since 2022) and JA Italia (since 2016), a non-profit organization that prepares young people for the future.
Her educational background includes studies at Bocconi University (Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance, General, 1994).
