Vibes - Fondazione AEM (20/10/2026)

What happens when we stop talking ABOUT young people and start talking WITH them, truly listening to what they have to say? What happens when we give them the opportunity to express themselves and make their voices heard in dedicated spaces? These are the questions and needs that inspired the creation of Vibes, DiverCity’s special feature dedicated to the thoughts, reflections and visions of young people.

On Tuesday, 20 October, we presented the first issue of Vibes at Fondazione AEM in Milan. It was a moving and interactive event that fostered an authentic, inspiring and engaging dialogue between professionals who, from different perspectives, work every day on issues related to education, communication and inclusion.

From rights to education, relationships and the world of work, the discussion explored a range of topics, highlighting the importance of giving younger generations the space to express themselves, make their voices heard and, above all, be listened to. Because building a society in which young people can see themselves represented also means knowing how to engage with them, listen to them and build alliances with them.

We discussed these topics with Lucy Guarinoni (Vibes Editor, trainer and artist), Carolina Polzella (Youth Engagement & Education at A2A), Costanza Sbaraglia (Corporate Heritage Manager at Gruppo A2A), Barbara Laura Alaimo (trainer and educational consultant at Parole O_Stili) and Anna Maria Fisichella (Vice President of Agedo Nazionale).
