Among the most appreciated initiatives is the free self-defense course offered to employees and, upon request, their family members. Through theoretical and practical lessons, participants learn not only self-defense techniques but also how to manage potentially dangerous situations, gaining self-confidence, feeling safer, and less vulnerable.

It is an opportunity to feel, understand, and perhaps change perspective.
