Since 2018, Simona Piva has held the position of Diversity Officer & People Care for Italy at Findomestic Banca Spa, working at the company’s headquarters in Firenze while living in Bologna.

As she has shared, working in the field of DE&I has allowed her to engage with many diverse organizations, rich in stories to tell and values to share, which have profoundly shaped her perspective and her approach to others.

After several years of experience in Customer Solutions (1994–2017 approximately, first as an Advisor, then as Coordinator, and finally as Manager), and a short period in B2C (2008–2009) and in the Legal Collections department (2009), she joined the Human Resources Department as Coordinator of the HR Strategic Plan 2017–2020 (2017–2020).

She holds a degree in Law (1992) from Alma Mater Studiorum Università di Bologna.
