Nenad Radovanovic

At Medtronic, Nenad Radovanovic holds the position of Director Field Western Europe, Service & Repair (since 2024). Prior to his current role, he served as Senior Country & Field Manager Italy, Germany, Alps and Greece (2023–2024) and Service & Repair Senior Manager Italy (2019–2023).

Within the company, he worked on the ERG Pride EMEA project, becoming its first Chair (2019–2022), inspired by the activities of ERG Pride Chapters in the United States. He subsequently served as Pride Italy Chair (2022–2024), contributing to the rapid growth of the ERG. In addition, in his role as co-lead of the Partnerships Workstream in the Global Pride Network (since 2022), he has fostered collaboration with other organizations and multinational companies. In the DEI space, he has promoted new ideas and best practices across Europe, also thanks to his participation—representing Medtronic—at the Out & Equal Summit in the United States (since 2019), including as a speaker.

His professional background initially includes roles in sectors beyond medical devices, spanning IT, Quality Assurance, Commercial, and General Management.

He holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering (2003) from the Polytechnic University of Marche.
