Luisa Ercoli

Since 2015, as part of Barilla’s global Inclusion strategy, Luisa Ercoli has designed and coordinated programs, governance models, and initiatives engaging people and organizations worldwide, fostering an inclusive culture and evolving leadership models. In this role, she works directly with the D&I Board and leads cross-functional projects integrating communication, people strategy, and business transformation.

Before fully dedicating herself to Diversity & Inclusion, she built extensive experience in digital communication and marketing, leading corporate and brand transformation projects in complex international contexts, both at Barilla and in the industrial sector (2000–2015). Earlier in her career, she worked at Ducati Motor Holding (1998–2009), where she contributed to the development of some of the first digital ecosystems dedicated to brand communities and e-commerce channels, anticipating approaches that are now central to the relationship between brands and people.

Her professional path also includes roles in global fashion & lifestyle companies, where she strengthened her expertise in communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement (1994–1998).

Alongside her corporate career, she has consistently promoted a culture of inclusion as a Corporate Testimonial for Bocconi University (2006–2015) and as an active member of national and international professional networks.

She holds a degree in Political Science – International Relations from Luiss Guido Carli (1993) and earned an MBA from Profingest Business School (2003).
