Giuseppe Musci

Sky Italia

At Sky Italia, as Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Bigger Picture, Giuseppe Musci is responsible for implementing the company’s Diversity & Inclusion strategy.

Prior to taking on this role (since 2020), he held several positions at Sky Italia, including member of the Inclusion Employee Group (2017–2020), Head of Entertainment Special Contents production for Sky Atlantic, Sky Uno, Sky Arte and the website (2019–2020), and Head of Channel Management at Sky TG24 (2012–2020).

He is also currently a member of the Board of Directors of Fondazione Pubblicità Progresso (since 2021) and Co-founder of the startup Freenspire (since 2010).

Before joining Sky, he worked at Dahlia TV (2009–2011), FBC TV (2002–2009), RAI (2004), Telecom Italia Media and FBC Media miaeconomia.com (2000–2003), Gruppo GFG (1998–2000), and GRP Televisione (1993–1995), focusing primarily on communication and the production of content and television programmes.

He holds a degree in Literature with a specialization in Communication and Media from the University of Turin and completed a Master in Executive Management (2023) at the Italian Perfumery Institute.
