Today, the Well-Being Lamborghini Feelosophy program represents the evolution of this journey, translating well-being into a strategic lever integrated with the company’s purpose and organizational culture.

Consistently with this approach, Automobili Lamborghini has strengthened its commitment in recent years through a structured listening process, which has included surveys and qualitative moments of dialogue, such as annual climate analyses and focus groups dedicated to different population segments, aimed at exploring the intrinsic motivations behind their responses. The results over the years have defined an approach to people care based on three solid pillars: BODY, MIND, and PURPOSE.
Feeling good in one’s body and with oneself, and cultivating strength and energy, is the goal of all initiatives within the first pillar.
To promote physical health, Automobili Lamborghini has developed LamboFIT, a program that offers employees the opportunity to participate in fitness, yoga, and Pilates classes organized in the Lamborghini Park during the summer season and in a dedicated indoor space during winter, designed to encourage a healthy lifestyle.
On the prevention awareness front, since 2018 the company has collaborated with the Fondazione ANT Franco Pannuti ETS to offer on-site free early diagnosis for breast cancer, dermatological prevention visits, and men’s health checks designed for the well-being of all employees. Automobili Lamborghini also provides a free flu vaccination at the company medical center.
People’s well-being is also integrated into company restaurants through a nutritionally balanced food offering, reliable suppliers, and carefully selected ingredients subjected to strict controls by highly specialized staff. Through the initiative I’m Feeling Food, each employee can choose what to eat based on how they feel, selecting one of four proposed menus.
At the same time, the company promotes awareness activities on nutrition and well-being, adopting a non-prescriptive approach that values self-listening, awareness, and freedom of choice, respecting different needs, habits, and lifestyles.
Automobili Lamborghini also promotes About Sleep, a sleep coaching program that guides employees in discovering the secrets of quality rest and the best natural remedies for better sleep, also addressing topics such as digital detox, stress, and nighttime social media habits.
MIND was created with the aim of supporting psychological health by fostering a positive mental attitude and achieving balance and serenity. This pillar includes initiatives such as Mind Explorer, an awareness journey to explore the mind, designed to stimulate reflection on the complexity and importance of psychological well-being through events that offer opportunities to discuss with experts and professionals. Within this campaign, the company offers consultation sessions with a psychologist to help individuals listen to themselves, understand their needs, and identify the most suitable path for them.
Subsequently, a mindfulness and mental well-being program was introduced, designed to bring more presence, awareness, and calm into daily life, as well as a financial well-being program supporting awareness in personal resource management.
PURPOSE represents the deeper meaning of Automobili Lamborghini’s actions: identity, and the creation of value for today’s society while building that of tomorrow. The company provides parental support through tools that facilitate guidance in complying with regulations supporting people’s rights, and through instruments typical of employee relations strategies that help experience this life stage more effectively. These include individual coaching pathways for all new mothers and fathers, as well as thematic talks.
